At LAKSHMIKUMARA THEJASWINI, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support team.

If the order has already been shipped or is in the process of being packed, we may be unable to cancel it.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Send an email to our Customer Support with:

Order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup (where serviceable) and initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

B. Product Not as Described

If the product received is significantly different from what was shown on our website (e.g., wrong color, size, or style), you may request a return within 3 days of receipt.

Slight color variations due to screen settings will not be considered eligible for return.

C. Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Customized or altered garments

Products purchased during sale or clearance

Requests made after 3 days of receiving the product


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days of receiving the returned item.

You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.


5. Warranty & Third-Party Products

If a product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
